CDC Filed Order To Halt Residential Evictions NationwideSeptember 1, 2020 Late this afternoon, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) filed an order to halt residential evictions nationwide through December 31, 2020. It is our understanding the order takes immediate effect, but will have certain parameters (income limits, resident ability to prove a COVID related hardship, etc).
